Carolina is responsible for operations, technology and finance. She has lived in the U.S. since 2007, where she worked in the Financial Services division at Walmart US and at Banco Itaú International in the Quality and Technology Projects divisions. She started her career in the financial market in 2000 at Citibank Brazil, where she worked for six years in the Process Improvement and Technology Projects areas. Carolina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Communication from Faculdade Cásper Líbero in São Paulo, Brazil, and she holds a graduate degree in Psychoanalytic Semiotics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
